Orders made at this store are accepted from customers within Australia only and will be, wherever possible, fulfilled at your closest (or favourite) Tern Dealer. Follow these simple steps and you'll be on a Tern in no time:
- Head to the Dealer Locator page to find out where you'll have local support
- Check the stock levels at your local Dealer on each product page
- Select 'Pick Up' as your delivery method and select for chosen Tern Dealer
- Complete your order and get excited...
- Receive an email letting you know your order is ready for collection
- Head on down to your local Tern Dealer and ride home happy!
Shipping Options
Select parts and accessories will be available for shipping direct to your home, fulfilled by Australia Post or TNT Express at the rates provided in your checkout.
For bicycles purchasers located beyond close proximity to an Authorised Tern Dealer, please email us at contact@ternbicycles.com.au for assistance on order fulfilment or select 'Tern Bicycles Australia' as your order Pick Up location and we'll be in touch to support.
Shipping Times And Tracking
Shipping rates will be based on the specific items making up your order and will generally be fulfilled within 3-5 business days, depending on your delivery location. Tracking information will be shared via email notification on dispatch of your items.
